Richard has played a fair share of eSports himself. He started in 2003 with the game Call of Duty and managed to compete with the European top. Later he also managed to play Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare at a high level. During his time as a player he has pretty much always been the captain of the teams he played. Before Richard joined KnightS* he has been in the management of multiple eSports organizations where he obtained a lot of management experience. Since 2007 Richard has been part of the management, and player for multiple teams of KnightS*.
